For long we have been part of the society which is being down written by many. Our own people have often disowned us for their own benefits. The media which was supposed to be the balancing leg of Democracy has been shunted down in nepotism and money making business. There was a time, common man had almost lost his voice. But the silver lining in the form of social media shined. It demanded accountability and transparency. Humans began to unite from the division made by successive governments. The voice became so loud that the governments across nations have gone for a toss. This is the power of the common man. A man who is no one when he is alone and everyone when together. This changed the way we now look at ourselves, the power we have and the revolution we can bring about.
Change is imperative. Nothing is more certain than change yet its most difficult to accept. Human beings have always cribbed about change and yet they are one of the strongest living beings to survive. But there is need to rise to the occasion and solve the crisis. The need to lead the world to a better path. Need to change, need to open up to new opportunities and elation. Here at Label we call for change from the orthodox. Here we want to make this space more collaborating. We hope that you all will accept this opportunity to rent out your ideas, views and experiences.
Label is the Retail Forum of SIMSR. Started in the year 2012, with an objective to provide a platform for students to develop their professional skills, bridge the gap between the academic world and the retail industry. Also the core motive behind Label is to foster the entrepreneurial spirit among the students of SIMSR. Label is a student initiative forum for all the retail enthusiasts to come together and lead a new way to follow.
